Chelsey Mackan is a paralegal with the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Chelsey focuses on commercial real estate and lender-side financings. She assists in the preparation of security documents, due diligence searches and reports, financings, and closing documents.
Chelsey graduated in 2004 from the Legal Assistant Diploma program at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario. Her first two years after graduating she worked in Ontario assisting with residential real estate transactions. Since moving to Calgary in 2008, Chelsey focuses on commercial real estate and lender-side financings.
