Charles Muriithi is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group at Cassels. Charles’ practice extends to all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and terminations.
Charles has co-authored two publications on employment and labour law for LexisNexis, “Reprisals (Federal)” and “Responding to a Human Rights Application (ON).”
During his legal studies, Charles was one of twelve students selected to participate in the law school’s clinical learning module, where he advised members of the community on an array of complex legal matters.
Prior to joining Cassels, Charles served as an associate at another national law firm.
