Becky Langille-Rowe (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group at Cassels. Becky advises clients in all areas of labour and employment law, including in respect of employment litigation matters where she represents clients at various tribunals and levels of court; preparing employment contracts and workplace policies & procedures tailored to the needs of her clients; conducting workplace investigations; and providing training on a variety of topics, including in respect of her client’s human rights and health and safety obligations.
Becky takes a holistic and client-centred approach to the practice of law and serves as a fierce advocate, and empathetic resource for, her clients. From the development of an initial strategy through to the completion of a matter, Becky ensures her approach is tailored to each client and their workplace.
Prior to joining Cassels, Becky served as an associate at a boutique labour and employment firm and at a regional law firm in Northern Ontario where she practiced civil litigation and employment law.
