Anna Tombs is an associate in the Advocacy Group at Cassels. Anna’s practice focuses on regulatory proceedings and investigations, complex securities, corporate disputes and cross-border matters. Anna has considerable experience representing public and private corporations, directors and officers, and shareholders in the technology, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
Anna has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, the Ontario Securities Commission, and other commissions and tribunals. Anna is an active member of the Advocates’ Society, is involved in the Defense Research Institute as a member of the Young Lawyers Steering Committee and volunteers as Duty Counsel for Pro Bono Law Ontario. She has strong oral and written French language skills. Prior to joining Cassels, Anna articled and was an associate with another national firm.
