Andreas Arvanitis is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Andreas’ practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Andreas was both a summer and articling student with the firm.

Andreas graduated from Western Law where he volunteered as a Case Manager at the Western Business Law Clinic. Prior to studying law, Andreas graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) at Carleton University. As a graduate student, Andreas focused his research on Intelligence and National Security and gained diverse professional experience in lobbying at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, procurement at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and in international trade at the Mission of Canada to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium.
