Yvonne Roberts is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. In this role, Yvonne works closely with the firm’s real estate lawyers in all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial mortgage lending transactions from commencement to completion. Her responsibilities include due diligence searches, reviewing title searches and PPSA searches, requisitions on title and preparation of all relevant documentation.
Prior to joining the firm, Yvonne worked as a real estate assistant in a number of small and medium sized law firms on various aspects of the legal profession with an emphasis on residential and corporate commercial. She is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and as been with the firm since 2003.
