Sally King serves as Assistant Director of Paralegals & Law Clerks and as a senior paralegal within the Business Law Group at Cassels. In her management role, Sally provides mentorship to the paralegals in the firm’s Vancouver Corporate Services Department. As Senior Paralegal, Sally’s work includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance with public and private M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, minute book reviews, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, restorations and other general corporate matters.
Sally graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
