Joanne Katovich (she/her/hers) is a senior law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Joanne assists counsel with tax and corporate reorganizations, not-for-profit and charities, trust and estate planning, and international and offshore tax planning. Joanne was certified as an expert by The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in the areas of Corporate Tax and Charities & Not-for-profit law in 2017.
Joanne has worked as a law clerk since 1993. She completed The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Corporate Program in 1987, and York University’s Introduction to Business Tax Program in 2003. Joanne remains current by continually upgrading her education.
