Jackie Karbi is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Jackie’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Jackie summered and articled with the firm. During this time, Jackie gained valuable experience, assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
