Genalyn Urquico is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Genalyn’s work includes assisting lawyers with incorporations and organizations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, simple tax reorganizations, conducting minute book reviews and rectification of deficiencies as well as routine maintenance of corporations, and attending to registrations related to business names, partnerships and extra-provincial corporations. Genalyn is an Associate member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and joined the firm in 2018.
Genalyn graduated with Honours from Seneca College in the Law Clerk Accelerated Program in 2006.
