Erin Minuk is a member of the 2019-2020 articling class at Cassels. Erin is a graduate from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She was an active member of the law school community as the President of the Community Outreach Society, Law Games Captain and Co-Chair of Orientation Week. Through Pro Bono, Erin assisted unrepresented litigants with appeals at the Nova Scotia Labour Board. Upon graduation, Erin received the David Jones award for her contributions to the law school and was elected as “President for Life” by the graduating class. Before law school, Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba where she received the gold medal for highest standing in her degree. During her undergraduate degree Erin volunteered with Meals on Wheels and was a Birthright Israel Trip Leader.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys searching for the best Caesar in Canada and cheering for the Winnipeg Jets!
