Colleen Brewster is a law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. In this role, Colleen’s responsibilities include all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence; reviewing complex title searches; drafting documents; drafting title requisitions; conducting on-line searches and registrations and attending on closings. In addition, Colleen has extensive experience in residential real estate transactions together with the registration of new subdivisions and condominiums.
After attending York University and the University of Toronto, Colleen has been in the legal profession for a number of years, having had the opportunity to work both in the private sector and in the public sector as Development Co-ordinator, Planning and Administrative Tribunal Law Section for the City of Toronto.
