Cathy Stallone is an e-Discovery & Litigation Case Manager with the Litigation Group at Cassels and a member of the firm’s e-Discovery team. A dedicated team player, Cathy has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and e-Discovery including enforcement of orders/judgments, cost calculations, motions, and managing undertakings. She has extensive trial, arbitration and appeal court experience having worked on various cases for high profile clients.

Responsible for large complex document management files including using best practices to compile, cull and review client documentation (which includes high volumes of electronic data), preparing RFPs and dealing with vendors/clients. She implements cost effective strategies to reduce lawyer document review using various software platforms including iPro and Relativity and manages projects from collection through to the production of documents.

She has attended and completed various e-Discovery seminars and courses, including an (ILCO) Fellowship course, eDiscovery and Computer Forensics Fellowship Courses. In the past, Cathy was a part-time teacher at Sheridan College teaching Legal Office Procedures to future legal assistants/law clerks.
