Bryan Woodman is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Bryan’s practice focuses on corporate finance matters, representing both lenders and borrowers involved in domestic and cross-border lending transactions and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan spent a summer working in the in-house legal department Equitable Bank, where he gained a firsthand understanding of the diverse legal issues facing publicly-traded financial institutions.
Prior to beginning his legal practice, Bryan’s work experience included working for the Ontario Minister of Community and Social Services, the Ontario Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, Scotia Capital and Canadian Tire Corporation. Bryan is proficient in French, having graduated high school with an Honours Certificate of Bilingual Studies in French. Before joining Cassels, Bryan worked as a summer student and completed his articles at the firm.
