Andrea Breden (she/her/hers) is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. Andrea provides assistance with general corporate proceedings for private companies. She provides support to lawyers and clients on corporate matters including, but not limited to, due diligence, incorporations, amendments, extra-provincial registrations and updates, and routine corporate changes.
Andrea graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and completed the Paralegal Diploma Program with Capilano University in 2017.
