Amanda Long is a law clerk in the Intellectual Property Group, focused on trademarks. Amanda assists in all aspects of trademark prosecution in Canada, including assessing the registrability of trademarks, the filing and prosecution of applications to register trademarks and assisting in opposition and expungement proceedings. She regularly collaborates with counsel in the United States and in other jurisdictions to co-ordinate trademark protection for clients in Canada and internationally.
