Tom Isaac recently sat down to discuss the potential implication of the Cowichan decision with The Wall Street Journal for a story titled “Canada’s $1 Billion Question: Do Property Rights Still Exist in British Columbia?”

Writes Vipal Monga: “A provincial court ruling says Indigenous groups can reclaim ownership of land taken from them scores of years ago.”
